Social entrepreneurship is about using creativity, initiative, and problem-solving skills to create projects or businesses that support people, communities, or the environment. Like entrepreneurship in general, it involves turning ideas into action, taking risks, and organizing resources to build something sustainable. The difference is that social entrepreneurs focus not only on earning money, but also on making a positive impact on society and contributing to meaningful change.

Community development is a collaborative process through which individuals and groups work together to strengthen the social, economic, and cultural well-being of their community. It involves active participation, shared responsibility, and collective decision-making to address common challenges and create sustainable improvements.

Microcredentials are short, focused certifications that recognize specific skills or knowledge gained through training, workshops, or practical learning experiences. For young people, they provide a way to demonstrate what they can do in a clear and concrete way, even outside traditional education systems. Microcredentials can strengthen a CV, support access to employment opportunities, and help young people build confidence by validating their competencies step by step.
